Billing Schedule

Our clinic bulk bills all patients holding a valid Medicare or DVA card.

Overseas students (Bupa OSHC, Medibank OSHC, NIB OSHC, Worldcare OSHC) must provide policy details and photo ID.

Appointment Information

Standard consultations are 10 minutes and address one health concern. Longer appointments are available on request.

Changes or additions to bookings must be arranged through reception. Separate appointments are required per patient.

Cancellation of unnecessary appointments is appreciated.

Upon Arrival

Please bring Medicare, DVA, or Concession cards. Update reception with any changes to contact details.

New patients must complete a registration form.

Emergencies (pain, bleeding, allergic reaction, anaphylaxis, injury) are prioritised immediately.

Interpreter Services

Languages available: Burmese, Farsi, Arabic, Bengali, Urdu, Dari, French, Indonesian, English. Interpreters can be arranged upon request.
