Billing Schedule

Our clinic bulk bills all patients holding a valid Medicare or DVA card.

Overseas students (Bupa OSHC, Medibank OSHC, NIB OSHC, Worldcare OSHC) must provide policy details and photo ID.

Skin Check Consultations

Most existing patients and Centrelink concession card holders are bulk billed for skin checks.

New patients without concession cards may incur fees, which will be discussed prior to consultation.

Medicare claiming assistance is available on the spot.

Appointment Booking

Standard consultations are 10 minutes and cover one health concern.

Longer appointments can be requested when booking if multiple concerns need to be discussed.

Separate appointments are required for each patient. Cancellation of unnecessary appointments is appreciated.

Upon Arrival

Please bring your Medicare, DVA, or Concession card. Update reception of any changes to contact details.

New patients must complete a registration form.

Emergencies (pain, bleeding, allergic reactions, anaphylaxis, injury) are prioritised immediately.

Interpreter Services

Languages available: English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Arabic, Tamil. Interpreters can be arranged upon request when booking.

Alternatively, a family member may assist during the consultation.

Results & Reports

Please book an appointment to discuss results unless otherwise advised by your doctor. You will be contacted if urgent attention is required.
