Both our clinics BULK BILL all patients that hold a current Medicare or DVA Card. For those who do not have the above cards or policies, please phone our friendly receptionists who will be able to provide you with our consultation fees.

Appointment Booking at Slacks Creek
10 minutes is regarded as a standard consultation which one problem is addressed. If you feel more time with the doctor may be required you will need to request a longer appointment. Inform our receptionists who are trained to assist you.
Due to the time allocated for appointment slots, any changes or concerns with appointments need to be made with reception who will be able to assist you further. This includes adding people to your appointment time.
Cancellation of un-needed appointments is expected and appreciated
Upon Arrival
Please present your current Medicare Card, Concession Card or DVA card at reception and inform the receptionist of any change of address and or phone numbers along with contact details for emergency contact person. For all new patients, we ask that you fill out our New Patient Registration Form.
Emergencies are assessed promptly. Please inform the receptionists if you are in pain, distressed, bleeding, have a rash/allergic reaction, are in anaphalyctic shock, or have been in an accident prior to arriving.
Results & Reports
Please make an appointment to obtain results and reports unless the Doctor instructs you otherwise. You will be contacted if results require urgent attention.
Phone Calls/Emails
If you wish you speak further with a doctor, it is best to make another appointment. Our receptionists are happy to take messages for doctors, and doctors may get back to you if they are available, however this is not guaranteed. Please inform our reception staff if something is urgent.
