Billing Schedule
Our clinic bulk bills all patients with a valid Medicare or DVA card.
Overseas students (OSHC: Bupa, Medibank, NIB, Worldcare) should bring policy details and photo ID.
Private consultation fees may apply. Please contact reception for further information.
Appointments
Standard consultations are 10 minutes and address one health concern. Longer appointments can be requested when booking.
Separate appointments are required for each patient. Cancellations are appreciated when appointments are no longer needed.
Upon Arrival
Please bring your Medicare, DVA, or Concession card. Update reception with any changes to contact details.
New patients must complete a registration form.
Emergencies (pain, bleeding, allergic reaction, anaphylaxis, injury) are prioritised immediately.
Interpreter Services
Languages available: English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Arabic, Tamil. Interpreters can be arranged upon request.

For medical advice, an appointment is recommended. Reception can take messages, but doctor call-backs are not guaranteed.
